Not only do I want to tell you about the hottest events, new restaurant openings and hippest boutiques, but I will also give you valuable information such as: who might be there, suggestions on what to wear, will there be a lot of seating (in case you are wearing heels), what type of men will be there. This type of information you can't find on a flyer.

New Events in Atlanta

Event: Dre Allan and Dawn Robinson in Concert
Date: October 12th
Location: Apache Cafe
Price: $10 in adv/$15 at the door
More Information: So Dawn Robinson from Envogue married Dre Allen and they are touring together and are shopping their reality show. I was a big fan of Envogue and Lucy Pearl (remember that group she was in too) but I dont know how I feel about Dre. He mixes Rock with Hip-Hop....but I am feeling too much of his material.
Recommended wardrobe: The Apache cafe is very eclectic and very small. I would not recommend wearing a hight heel (unless they are extremely comfy) because you might not be able to find a seat. Also I would recommend wearing light fabric just in case get warm in the venue.

BE CAREFUL OF THE PARKING....I got a boot the last time I was there

Event: Alize Rose Rendezvous
Location: Compound
Date: October 12

More Information: This will be a great event to go to if you want to be at the sexiest club in Atlanta and you want some FREE Alize. Alize is doing alot of promotion for their brand Alize Rose.
Recommended wardrobe: Ladies...this events is for your...so you want to be Sexy Chic. This venue has plenty of seating do break out the high heel pumps!

Event: BET Hip Hop Awards
Date: October 13th
Location: Atlanta Civic Center
More Information: This will be the 2nd Annual BET Hip Hop Awards. What you really want to attend are the Pre Parties and After Parties. Lil Wayne is having one at Motions night club...I will find out about more parties soon!
Recommended wardrobe: Sexy Chic. You're gonna wanna bring you "A" game for these events. Celebrities and out- of- towners will be showing their asses...so you wanna make sure you are dressed to the nine. There will be a lot of "groupie" and "entourage" action surrounding these events....so BEWARE!

Event: Taste of Atlanta
Date: October 13-14
Location: Atlantic Station
Price: $25 in advance, $35 day of event (vip tickets also available)
More Information: Taste of Atlanta is a 2-day outdoor food festival held in the streets of Atlantic Station on Saturday, October 13 & Sunday, October 14. The event will feature more than 70 of the city's best restaurants, live cooking demonstrations from national and local celebrity chefs, live entertainment and a Wine Experience at Ten Pin Alley.
Recommended Wardrobe: SUPER casual. You will be on your feet for most of this event. Skinny jeans with a cute flat and a tank-T will get you through this events looking FAB!
